Here are patches 1.1 through 1.7 for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.  They are not .rar'ed and can be downloaded separately or as a whole.  All were downloaded from file hosts, and took forever.  Here is a virus scan of the .exe files, http://www.imagebam.com/image/159f6816845855

ya there is crack that works for multiplayer install xfire friend and done or use tunngle or garena but update your punkbuster

and yes u can play this online just instal the latest patch and u r good to go
get Xfire so u can easily find servers and friends to play
